Simple smoked salmon canapés

  • Savoury pastry tart shells or boats
  • Salmon roe or chives [optional]

  • Cracked black pepper

Simply spoon some of the smoked salmon paté into the tart shells or boats. Cut smoked salmon into small strips, fold and place on top of paté. Sprinkle with chopped chives or salmon roe, a squeeze of lemon and cracked black pepper.
